Production and Shipping Times
Each of our dresses is carefully handcrafted, which requires a production time of 3 to 4 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes an additional 4 to 8 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.
Please note: These dates are estimates and may change due to production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Rejected or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is rejected by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping or return costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mafegomez.com.co so we can resolve the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled as our warehouse processes orders immediately. However, you may request an exchange or return after receiving your order, according to our Returns Policy.

Recipients are responsible for any customs duties and taxes associated with their order. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid upon delivery.
